I ordered two pants, and I only received one of the two. I was charged for both of the pants. I had to contact myself the costumer service to only be informed that the “missing” pants were sold out. Unorganized, I really didn’t like how things went

This is the first that I ordered something from your website. Because it didn't suit me, I returned them. After a view days I received a message that I purchased a gift card. Hence I send custumor care an email with what happend. They told me that in the returning proces of my items I choose the option 'giftcard' instead of a refund. I had absolutely no idea that I did, so something clearly went wrong. I explained this to customere care, but they replied that they couldn't do anything about. This surprises me a lot and I experience their service due to this a very poor. The girl with who I had contact wiht over the email was quite rude too. This is the LAST TIME thar I will order something from Lune Active!
