Lovely company will use again definitely, I wish the soap was cheaper though as it does go down very quickly and at 14 pounds that’s going to be very costly over the yr. all in all I’m happy just not with the price

Bit of a bumpy start to be honest. Slow customer service response times BUT you did get back to me and I did order the c-section kit. It arrived in great time but arrived with boxes a bit battered and products leaking. Yet to use all of the products , so far I’m still on the fence.

Not sure about this yet, find it's stings a bit.

I wished I knew how it worked. I havent received it. I've sent many many emails regarding my $300+ purchase from LUNA, that I only received a few items from and have only received a short response stating they were looking into it. I sent a copy of my charge on my credit card. the items missing, order number, date ordered and so on. . . . . Many request and NOTHING in return except lots of emails trying to get me to purchase more stuff. Would like them to spend as much time on their current customers as they do in trying to get people to purchase their products. . . . which I did and I would LOVE to review them. . . . if I received them!!!!

I bought some bits online and also in store. The product is exceptional and I'm so glad I found it.

Love the eco friendly packaging, products were in cardboard packaging and order arrived in sturdy cardboard box and paper packaging.

Fabulous company with the only products i use daily

I never actually received this product but after contacting Influenster multiple times for this to be removed from my dashboard. No one ever gave a solution on how to clear it so I am now writing this “review” to get rid of the tasks.
