I never got my order

Product is missing from the order I received on 8/20. I have now been told two times, once on 8/21 and again on 9/4 that the two missing bottles will be shipped. I believe it is clear they are not going to be shipped and your customer service is terrible.

I like to order direct from Luna rather than a 3rd party Excellent service as always - used for a couple of years now
