You have currently done badly as my order has not arrived and you have not responded to my two emails about this. I have had to give one star to enter this review but obviously I would not really even give you one star at this stage.

I bought some bits online and also in store. The product is exceptional and I'm so glad I found it.

Love the eco friendly packaging, products were in cardboard packaging and order arrived in sturdy cardboard box and paper packaging.

Fabulous company with the only products i use daily

I never actually received this product but after contacting Influenster multiple times for this to be removed from my dashboard. No one ever gave a solution on how to clear it so I am now writing this “review” to get rid of the tasks.

For years I have struggled to find a skin wash that is genuinely non irritating. However most of them didn’t clean well, or ended up making me itchy or sore. Luna Daily has genuinely revolutionised my skin and skincare. This product is just wonderful. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the bottle is fab- discreet and less invasive or obvious than other brands. The product itself is soft, gentle and nourishing. I use it every single day, everywhere and can safely say it is by far the best skincare brand, particularly for intimate areas, that I have ever tried (and I’ve tried a lot!).

Product is okay. But the service is appalling. Luna only sent half my order, then rudely took a further week to send the rest. The customer service was terrible. Would not recommend at all. 2 weeks and we finally got what we paid for. Feeble apology - almost rude in fact.

I have very sensitive skin and this is the only body wash i can use it’s so nice it doesn’t irritate me skin at all does not sting like other makes i won’t be without this now very happy lady

Great service and speedy delivery

Terrible service. Took a week to arrive then they only delivered half the “baby shower kit”. They then took a further week for the remaining products to arrive. The customer service was slow and practically rude. Highly embarrassing giving a gift that’s more than half missing. General poor show all round. I do not recommend this company at all and would never order from again.

Im still obviously new to this product,but so far I’m liking it and how my skin feels afterwards
