Not only does Lumene have a natural and eco friendly product that I have been using for years - and promoting to friends and family - they have an extremely friendly and responsive team whenever I've had an issue with a promotion code or discontinuation of a product (thanks to US restrictions).

I absolutely love this. I buy two of them want to keep them in my purse and once you use in the morning, because if I use it a second time during the day, it tightens even more.

My new favorite skin care!

This is the perfect weight -- soaks right in. It doesn't feel greasy at all but is hydrating. It has a lovely light scent that makes it a pleasure to use but doesn't linger. The jury is still out if actually helps to brighten my skin but, regardless, I love how it moisturizes.

Fast shipping and high quality products, but one product had leaked slightly and left an oily residue in the package. It was still usable, but a bit messy.

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. Ordered a few items in August and they never came. Have reached out to customer service multiple times. They responded once saying from their end the package looks like it was delivered and then ghosted me. On my tracking email it just says shipped! No delivery! Haven’t even gotten a refund.
