I almost never hear back when I contact Lumene with questions or problems, which is frustrating. Shipping is quick and I love the products (even if all my favorites aren't available in the US), but customer service is not very good.

I tried Firming Serum with Collagen Peptide to replace a much higher priced product from another brand and have been very pleased. I'm 58 and I've started to see some loss of elasticity in my skin--particularly along my jaw/throat. Lumene is just as effective as the premium brands and so much more affordable. This serum is an essential part of my skincare routine.
