Had a problem getting a replacement as my first order was “lost” in Ohio. I ordered Jan 17, shipped the 20th lost on the 21st. Took until Feb 7 for a replacement which was longer than the 10 days I was told I had to wait.

Nice size and will use in outdoor planter. Like that it is metal and weatherproof.

The products were exactly what I expected. However I will not order from LTD again until they change carrier services. Fed ex is an absolute terrible delivery company. It took an extra week to get my products because they simply refused to deliver them. I did call LTD and told them my products were with Fed ex only 15 mins away from my house for at that time 7 days. They informed me they could not contact Fed ex to find out why and the only thing they could do is refund me or send out more products. Please know I did contact Fed ex first and they informed me I was not allowed to get any in-depth information about my packages I had to contact the sender. So basically I got the run around from both companies. I did get my packages 5 days after my phone calls. The outcome was I got my packages but me also knowing I would never order products again from LTD until you change carriers.
