I love the products. However the box was delivered in terrible condition. It was open & all banged up. I was shocked nothing was damaged.

The service is very good, boxes should be secured a little bit more. When I received my big box it was partially opened on each side of the box. Everything was there and nothing was damaged. I've been very happy with whatever I have purchased with LTD for over 30 years.

Both of these items arrived intact and are really neat!
