Lousy I would like a refund

I think I received a food processor that had been returned, but all the parts were there and it works. The lid that covers the work bowl is hard to put on and take off; I don't see it lasting a very long time. The blades are very sharp so it doesn't take long to chop the food. It's a nice little food processor.

It was smashed! And snow was falling off and no hook to hang it by. I was a little disappointed. But I will make it do. It had only one stick of red berries.
