Hello, This is the 3rd bonsai I purchased and I am very happy on the conditions of the trees, and the packaging. A few minor branches and leaves dropped off, but not to the detriment to the bonsais. If you can find a better/different delivery services other than UPS, please sign up. UPS delayed the delivery, not once but twice. This was very discouraging, because I was thinking of the well being of the bonsais. D

It could have been larger - and a single larger tree rather than two to make it appear larger.
