Gosh darn it this is a cool tree. I was a little skeptical at first since I live in Minnesota and it didn’t ship until it got warmer (took about 3 months since I ordered), but it was well worth the wait and I am very impressed! Steve takes great care to ensure the tree arrives safely from watching the weather to ensure the tree doesn’t freeze, to carefully packaging it with plenty of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. I cannot stress this enough, not a single leaf was harmed which is truly amazing. Anyways, Steve knows his stuff and he sells some really cool bonsai trees. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying again. Thanks!

Despite USPS taking 9 days to deliver my bonsai grove (no fault of Love My Bonsai) the trees all perked up after one day of sunshine. They are all in great condition and thriving after their journey from New York to California. I was a bit surprised however that both the drip tray and pot were plastic rather than a traditional ceramic.

a lovely healthy little tree. my only concern was it was shipped by the U S post office. it took a week to get here and and was quite dry and looked stressed and the box was a little damaged. however, it was packed very well which I think saved it. i immediately watered it and put in in a bright window sill. it looks happy now!
