What an unique and absolutely beautiful drum! I couldn't be happier with my new, MUCH more portable cajon. I'll be bringing this one to jam sessions and festivals for sure. While a traditional cajon gives me a free seat wherever I go, carrying a big wooden box around is always such a hassle. I had long thought that I couldn't get a full, rich sound out of anything smaller, but somehow the cajontab has done it. I love the simple, innovative design and the ease of playing it against my body while I can groove with it! All in all, I give this instrument a glowing recommendation.

I love these guys! I had a delivery where apparently the box was dropped or kicked, so I wrote Louson and included pictures as the drum was cracked! They responded immediately and I was given a return label that they paid for and received a new drum as fast as one could hope! Excellent people! I wish them much success!
