Ordered this in the hallway runner and couldn’t be happier. It flows perfectly between our other vintage transitional look rugs and the quality is great. Once the rug settled it looked like it had always been there. Also great at hiding high foot traffic marks.

Just one word “WOW”.

Didn't have to spend top dollar to get a lovely looking rug that's so easy to care for and suits my lounge room perfectly!

It was a total nightmare dealing with this company from day dot. My delivery went missing and trying to get any help was horrendous. To contact them it's online only, there's no number to reach them on and dealing with them online was like dealing with a brick wall. Offered no explanation as to what happened to my rug. Never again!

Rug turned up with an obvious stain on it so I emailed with photos. After not hearing back (and discovering there was no phone number), I contacted them through PayPal's resolution centre. They suddenly replied. They offered two options, neither of which were ideal or particularly helpful. But it was the customer service team, who were blatantly disinterested and unapologetic, that I won't be returning for or recommending them.

We bought a rug we were happy with so returned a few months later for a second rug. This time when unrolled it was out of shape and bunches where the inner most part had been rolled. When I asked how they would recommend I could fix the problem I was just told why not to do to make it ‘bunch’. When I replied that I had tried placing it where these things would not make it bunch and still had the same issue, the reply I got was to refer to the original message.

I ordered 200x290 Horizon white Navy & it looks far better than what showing online. I was worried that navy colour might look too much dark but is not. Beautiful dark blue & perfect match with my light beige lounge. Highly recommend. I will purchase again from this store. Thank you.
