Poor communication, gave $50 discount a couple weeks later which I missed

Long delays, when I asked after several weeks of placing order, they replied item was on back order. Order status never reflected that. No biggie. These are just toys.

I appreciate them taking orders however there has been 0 communication over the past 4 months on the status of my back order.

Customer support is a joke. They blame it on their new system upgrade. No one calls you back or contacts you at all.
