Poor communication, gave $50 discount a couple weeks later which I missed

Long delays, when I asked after several weeks of placing order, they replied item was on back order. Order status never reflected that. No biggie. These are just toys.

I appreciate them taking orders however there has been 0 communication over the past 4 months on the status of my back order.

I understand that you are having problems with your system but why is that my problem and why can't I get a straight answer. I see other people getting their motorcycles but when I try to contact you all I get is a generic response.
