I got this system sometime ago and love the quality of picture and the quality of the product. Perfect night vision. Easy to backup if needed and use remotely when needed. In the past been requested by the police to give them footage, and they liked the quality of the footage. I have recommended and fitted a number of these systems to friends and families houses. Where they now enjoy the same quality of system as myself. Highly recommend.

Easy and quick

We have been using our new chime box for a couple of weeks now and we are very happy with it. Now we don't have to worry about the phone being off or on silent and missing visitors dodgy or otherwise. Thank you Lorex this is very very useful.

Great, much better than Ring and no fees.

Eventually recieved everything I ordered. Ordered 3 internal cams as well as external system with NVR. But only 1 was recvd. Cluster service guy told me it would take a week to resolve as I had to phot what I got . Outside and inside of delivery box and e mail it to them.. I told him I wanted it sent within 24hrs of them getting y email. I paid by credit card and said I'd cancel the order based on they hadn't met thier side of the contract that I paid for the goods.. I also stated they would be responsible for return postage and collection. The other 2 cameras came the following day . I put it down to the stubborn agent who would not bend from his personal position. As it turned out they were able to resolve ASAP

Once the product has been ordered it is processed quite quickly and delivered within a week well packaged. I found the Lorex Customer Support, Sales Enquires and their Technical Assistance to be very good and if the Products I have purchased from them prove in time to be reliable and long lasting I will definitely purchase more of their Security Devices for my Home
