I bought a NVR package deal with 4 cameras. The recorder is a N846 series paired with 4 E893AB cameras. I cannot get any of the new cameras to work on the recorder. They power up through the POE but the recorder cannot find them whatsoever. I have tried different ethernet cables, hard and soft resets, entering the cameras IP address into the recorder, nothing changes. The worst thing is that at night when you walk in front of the camera the LED lights come on. I was able to connect it to the video doorbell and an older E841CAP camera. However, each of the new cameras are €180 a piece and I have 4 of them. I have submitted reports to Lorex, no reply, not even a ticket generated. I am dumbfounded to see how they have a 4. 4 star review with all the recent 1 star ratings there are. You have taken my time and my money, but I have now learnt a valuable lesson. I hope others see this realize the same, Lorex products are the trash of the CCTV industry. If they want to do something about this, LU6204, that was my order. If they can give me a fix/solution, I will retract this post from here and every reddit forum I see the name Lorex on.

Very good price (£350), prompt delivery (I don't expect people to work between Christmas and new year!). The reason for losing a star is that the NVR did not automatically update its firmware and required me to contact support to give me a link to the update. It would be much easier to do this online in a support page as other companies do.

Still haven't received the rest of my parcel, it's been a month since it was ordered supposed to have arrived never been notified that there was no shipment was happened. Never been on form in an email or a phone call found out that my shipment wouldn't be arrived within 5 to 7 those of us I've been told until I've called and found out that shipment has not been shipped due to you don't have the second part in my order and I was specifically ask in the beginning when I made the order will it be hundred percent arrive within 5 to 7 days, and I said specifically because I'm planning to take it with me overseas. And when I find out only one day before my travel, I did ask if they can send to me within the week after because I have somebody coming over and they can bring it with them and I've been told no because the second part which I order it is not available and that was that not the case when I order unfortunately, until now, I haven't received any email regarding my second part of my order and hasn't been shipped or not. When is it going to arrive or not? I'm so disappointed with the service you're providing. It's not customer satisfaction, we appreciate what your action is and what you're going to provide me with my second delivery to satisfy me as a customer

Firstly I didn’t get the doorbell camera, they sent an indoor security camera. Then when the doorbell was eventually received, they’d sent a black one instead of white. I couldn’t be bothered to contact them again as it was difficult to hear or understand the person in the US

Shipping g was great and after service was good , I had to update my NVR and it was an ok process, time difference in UK to USA made it a bit awkward, overall the technical help was great
