Really like the flexibility of the machine (Sublime model) however the one my sister-in-law has has a problem with the capsule holder, sometimes fails to puncture small capsules and crushes themafter you've used a big one. It clicks, I wonder if the pod holder has become slightly misaligned? My model is fine.
