I bought the coffee machine for my daughter as a Christmas present and she is very pleased with it. I had problems with my first order as the machine had a damage but I've got in touch with customer service and they provide me with information for the return and I was advised to buy another one as they don't do replacements. All the return and refund was very smoothly and the new order it was with no problems 😊.

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. Ordered it in black Friday deal was delivered within a few days. Packaged discreetly so wife never knew what was inside. Checked the website see you had a milk frother that went with it. Ordered that too cause she deserves it. Christmas morning happy as Larry straight forward set up and coffee been flowing ever since.
