Great easy web site to navigate and very quick delivery!

Excellent service. Great deal, added extra of a free gift. Fantastic delivery and packaging, arrived just a few days later. Everything was perfect.

Simple to order, delivery arrived on time.

Very good experience, after trying a couple of flavours I wanted to order more, used the code provided for free coffee when buying a machine, but even if I did not complete the transaction, the code didn't work anymore. Contacted customer service and it was resolved in no time. Thank you L'Or for having such efficient customer service staff!

Lor good service. Wish they were less expensive but good coffee.

Usually delighted with service and product On this occasion though I am not. Despite it being my error, I do think the other 4 out of 5 unopened boxes could have been exchanged.

Bought as a gift, the recipient is very pleased with it. Loved the huge selection of pods that came with it!
