I purchased a custom tarp couple years ago and while the workmanship was excellent the tarp material was not holding up. The company was wonderful in making it right. My representative was "Rob" and he evaluated the problem and made good on another tarp. I could not be more pleased with there quick and positive response. I would highly recommend this company, very customer orientated.
