Great products! Shipping was delayed for unknown reasons on my most recent order. It took 2+ times longer to receive this order, than it did the previous order. I selected cheapest shipping method each time. I ordered early in the morning on a Friday, but my order wasn't processed by the end of the day. The following Monday, I called to inquire about why my order hadn't processed yet. Blah blah blah, then an hour or so later it was being processed. She said something about shipping choice last order versus this recent order, but I chose the same "cheapest shipping method" each time--didn't matter since the order hadn't processed yet. No biggy really, but I had made plans because I assumed they'd be delivered in about the same time as my previous order. When they never shipped, I had to cancel plans. Order was delivered 8 days after order placed. My previous order was delivered 3 days after I placed the order with was it in. Back in the day, you got free shipping if you ordered a certain amount (when I lived in Cali and it shipped all the way from Taxes). Now that I live in Taxes, it seemed very odd for it to take that long to get from Keller to San Antonio. And there's no more free shipping :-( And if this review posts, homeowners will know why I spell it Taxes. :-)
