Thank you for reaching out. We love the sweet little cup. I got for my granddaughter. But I dog got a hold of it and ate the weighted straw portion so it didn’t last but a day.

We love this cup. Does not fall apart after years of abuse. We purchased a replacement straw three years later only because my son chewed through the straw.

Good quality

I love that it is way easier to clean than other weighted straw cups and the straw actually dries and doesn't accumulate mold like some other cups. My 13 month old can pick it up and drink easily from the straw. I really did not want a straw cup with a bite valve and it's pretty leakproof but obviously no cup is fully leakproof when you have a kid throwing it around! I bought 2, one to use for milk and one for water. It's also a really cute design and fits into the stroller cupholder and car seat cupholder. I also really appreciate how transparent the company is, and that the cups are made in the USA.

The service and shipping was fine. The product was not what I expected. I bought this because I’ve had one before and it worked great but one of the cups leaked so bad that my granddaughter cannot use it.

The price of this item is fair. The deliver was fast and communication great.
