I ordered a log bed for the first time and went with Woodland Creek. I chose a wolf for the headboard and a bear for the footboard. I am extremely happy with how it looks. Man I was so excited when it arrived that I immediately had to take pictures and send to my friends and family. Everyone thinks it is very cool. I would highly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer. A very satisfied customer!

The craftsmanship of this furniture is outstanding. It’s solid, sturdy, and clearly built to last. Although I don’t have a cabin, it gives my home that beautiful rustic charm and brings the outdoors inside with its rich, natural look. I love it!! Definitely recommend this company.

I live at 4300 feet elevation in the Smoky Mountains. I remodeled my Master Bath in a three level cabin. The free standing solid barn wood vanity and mirror arrived to me all the way from TX in one crate without a single scratch. It is absolutely gorgeous! It matches my barn door to the bathroom perfectly. I am hoping your sales team can attach the video I emailed to this review. Your sales team and shipping team were phenomenal. The entire process exceeded my expectations. I could not be more thrilled.

Ordered the Timberhaven Barnwood Vanity in antique barnwood & love, love, love it! It is so well made & we have received so many compliments! It truly took our bathroom to another level. Will definitely be ordering another one in the near future. . . for an addition! The quality is excellent along with the customer service & shipping. We received our Hickory table and upholstered hickory chairs and it’s beautiful well-built and exactly as ordered. The chairs have fabric showing in front and back of chairs and it’s Bear Mountain fabric with Colt Coffee faux leather look seat it’s got a rustic worn leather look and looks great with the bear fabric. We are very happy with our purchase although hard to not see first before purchase but we took chance. The table is sold separately on this and it looks great together. It did take about 10 weeks for us to get but we knew that before we ordered. The only comment I would make would be the company to give you updates on progress as the 10 weeks went along. We didn’t hear anything until the items were being shipped.

Could not be happier or Merrier with the delivery of the Bunk Beds. The whole process was fantastic, from the 1st order , follow up call on delivery, to the delivery, to the quality workmanship, color, solid timbers. In short, very pleased. There is a Santa Claus. Merry Christmas.

I ordered a walnut natural edge table with "tree trunk" supports. It came today and is even prettier than I had hoped! It is very sturdy and unique. I am sure I will get compliments.

I was so excited for the arrival of my hammered copper dining table . . but it quickly changed when it arrived with several damaged areas. . I immediately reached out to customer service and was told that I would get a kit in the mail to do all the repairs myself . . I have no experience In this area and thought it best to have the base replaced but was not offered this unless I wanted to pay for the shipping costs ! I had already spent quite a bit on this table and waited over three months for it . So why would I do the repairs myself . . Very disappointed in their responses and in their ability to stand behind their word . . will Never buy from them again . Plenty of other places to buy and get reputable and honest unique pieces and not have to fight over issues that were caused by woodland creek and their delivery people

We had been searching for years for new furniture to place in our nearly 100 year old family cabin in the Mammoth Lakes, CA region of the Sierra Mountains. We specifically needed something where the base was completely wood and easy to clean for when rodents like to find their way into the cabin. We wanted removable leather cushions and were so thrilled to find the rustic look and all these specifications met when we found the Log Furniture place website. I was able to talk to people who worked with the builder and we know this was the right fit for us. The whole staff was great the whole way answering our questions and helping us ensure that the furniture would arrive in time for us to get to our cabin for the summer as it is inaccessible in the winter due to the snow. It's a 3 story cabin that has snow up to the roof in the winter! The shipping went smoothly and was packaged well which allowed us to transport it up to our cabin in our own truck. This furniture is solid wood and handmade and it shows. We know it's going to last for generations and was exactly what we were looking for. When we unpacked it, we found some issues. That's life, things happen. What impressed us was how well the company responded to us. They were available on a Saturday to help us troubleshoot the issues and help us come up with a plan together to get it fixed. We did our part to help and they did theirs. We saved the issues and our whole family is really happy with the outcome of the furniture. The whole staff and company went above and beyond and we now plan to order more from them because it was such a positive experience. Issues happen, it's how you respond to them that matters. Thank you all so much for the support and communication.

Our furniture (dresser, mirror & headboard)is beautiful and such high quality. I always worry about delivery damage but the company used was TOP NOTCH!! No dents no damage, professional, helpful and ON TIME. Highly recommend these talented furniture makers and the company that delivered it. Thanks to everyone 🥰

I bought $15,00 worth of chairs they called immediately after order to wire them money a month later they cancelled my order because of “Tariffs” 4 months later I still have not received my money back these people are scammers

It arrived and I was not 100% satisfied. This company made another piece and replaced it. The new one is perfect. Almost the furniture in every room in my house is from Woodland Creek. Most of the furniture is from the copper line that are very elegant and timeless. I’m so happy that I found Woodland Creek. And thank you for your superb service.

Absolutely horrible experience Entry way table was late in delivery And delivery people placed it backwards unfortunately we work and sitter was there with children I call them to ask if they could come back and place it correctly because obviously my daughter cannot do this on her own and we live out of state I was rudely told this cannot and will not be done by them So that’s my last purchase from this company

User My overall experience with Woodland Creek Furniture was terrible. The delivery date was delayed and we waited about 6 months to receive the table. Once the table and bench was delivered there was no dry fitting or hardware! They sent me measurements to leave me to figure out where the hardware should be installed. We payed over $6k for the table and bench and the lack of attention to detail was very frustrating. The delivery guy gave us screws from his truck that weren’t long enough and Woodland Creek shipped us wood screws to be used. Their customer service was not very helpful. They basically said they’re sorry there was no markings or dry fittings and I had to figure it out. Certainly did not do much else to help provide peace of mind or make it right. I would NOT use this company. Nightmare of a situation.
