I bought a Hanover backpack and discovered that it was too small, but thought I had removed the bar-coded label. So I emailed and Megan got right back to me immediately (like, IMMEDIATELY) and told me I could send it back for store credit and exchange it for the Hanover deluxe. She even sent me a mailing label. I did that and I love the new back pack. As it turns out I hadn't removed the bar-coded label, but I had several emails with Megan and she was amazingly prompt, helpful and personal. Like a real person really helped me out. I don't have to tell you how rare that is in the world of customer service these days. So I love my backpack, and I think Lo & Sons is terrific. I'd recommend you to anyone.

After gifting the Edgemont to 7 friends and family I finally treated myself to one plus the fabulous Pearl. The Edgemont has made travel so much easier and in the Pearl I have finally found a pocketbook where style, function and organization meet. LOVE your products!

This is my second purchase of the same bag from Lo&Sons (first one was stolen). I had no problems with the first bag, but the second I received was poorly built - the shoulder strap snapped while I was traveling. If you get a good bag, I highly recommend, but be aware that there is a fair amount of variability in quality.

I bought this for an upcoming trip with my 2 year old son. Needing something bigger to carryon. It is Sturdy, spacious, but not too big. He zipper is strong, the fabric is rugged & the look is very classic. I am carrying it as a gym bag. It is perfect! Highly recommend.

Perfect size and the cross-body strap is definitely long enough

I originally ordered this looking for a purse/ airline personal item to travel with. Since it arrived it's become my go to bag for everyday use. I can fit everything i need in a day. If I plan on staying the night somewhere I can zip up the bottom to easily separate my overnight stuff from my regular day use things. Now I don't have to carry an extra bag/ dig through clothes to get my wallet. There are some design tweaks that could happen to make this bag 110% amazing, but it's still pretty awesome as is. Shipping was super fast and their customer service people are very responsive to questions.

I bought two of the Catalina Classic small bags as gifts for other people. I haven't given them yet, so don't know their reaction, but I thought this was a wonderful bag. I got them on sale even, and so for the price paid, I thought it was a great value. The size is perfect for the weekend, with separate bottom compartment. The materials used seem to be of high quality. I bought the Dove Grey and Teal colors. The Dove gray seems to be more beige than gray and the teal is more on the blue side, but they are nice colors and that was not an issue for me. I liked them so much, I wish someone would give one to me! Glad I found this company.

The quality of their product is 5 star and so is their customer service!!!!! Highly recommend this company if you want a bag that is both functional and classic in its design.

I LOVE my Lo and Sons products. I own an OMG, Pearl, Claremont, and two waverlys, and I asked for a Catalina for Christmas. I was really excited to get my boyfriend a high quality travel back pack for Christmas. It’s very nice but much smaller than I anticipated. I feel like my OMG might be more spacious with more compartments. I am pairing it with a new European sized Calpak carry on. I think they’ll go great together. Hopefully it is big enough to really function well.

I have been looking for a quality travel bag for the last year. I came across several option but most lacked a zipper top. I don't like having an open bag when I am going through the airport. Too easy too stick your hand in the bag or accidentally spill the contents. I love my OG so much it has become my go to daily work bag.

I've been eyeing this product for months! Just purchased it when L&S had their black Friday/cyber Monday sale. Best sale I've seen for this camera bag. Haven't used it yet, but the material is definitely high quality. I purchased the grey one and the color is exactly what the photo looks like. I love this camera bag as it looks more like a stylish handbag vs a traditional camera bag.

Great bag and can fit a lot however I thought I was getting a bag with a strap so I was kinda bummed out.

This bag is very practical for me! Wonderfully designed and constructed. I recommend applying a leather protector (following the material recommendations) to prevent minor scratches.

I haven’t actually seen it because it was a gift for my daughter who lives in Manhattan and I had it shipped directly to her place. But she is “over the moon” happy with it!
