In the search for the "perfect" travel bag, I purchased the Catalina tote. I pack a camera, medications, snacks, water bottle, tablet and a wrap plus incidentals. It's very roomy. I have a few comments about how the bag could be better for me. There are two inside pockets, one zippered, one open. Neither will hold my 9" tablet. Because the bag is made of canvas, it is heavy duty and heavy when empty. There are two outside pockets. One is open, the other has a zipper on the top and the bottom. This is the sleeve that goes on your suitcase handle. If you put things in this pocket and then want to use it as a sleeve, you have to rearrange things. The handles fit my shoulder fine but I tend to load my bag up. If I decide to use the crossbody strap, I had to tighten it up a lot. The bag would bang against my legs when walking in the airport. All in all, I like the bag and would recommend it.

I very rarely leave reviews but I couldn't resist with this bag. I travel ~80% for work so I'm always on the go. This bag makes my job so much easier. It's always packed with a laptop, folders, my kindle, a wireless mouse, my computer charger, a water bottle, snacks and a pouch of office supplies. Everything fits effortlessly and it's so light to carry! I also love that it's easy to go from a more professional looking tote bag to a backpack. And it slides onto my rolling suitcase easier than any other bag I've ever had. It fits under any airplane seat or in overhead compartments for easy travel. If you travel or are just looking for something versatile, this bag is a must!

I used my small Catalina Deluxe for the first time as a carryon on a recent trip to Thailand. It worked great! I was able to pack extra shoes and a change of clothes as well as some other miscellaneous items I wanted to have available on the long flight. Fit very easily in the overhead bin even though space was tight on this full flight. I’m sure it would even fit under the seat or in the smaller overhead bins available on smaller commuter flights as long as you didn’t have it packed to full capacity. The crossbody strap came in handy as I was rushing through the airport to make connections. I especially like the separate compartment on the bottom of the bag. Would also make the perfect bag for a weekend getaway.

I have coveted this bag for many years and finally broke down and bought one. Once I got it, I hesitated using it because I wasn't sure I was going to love it. It fits a lot and has great organization features. But I used it recently on a trip where I was carrying a lot of files and the opening seemed a bit small for easily getting things in and out. That coupled with my back, neck, and shoulder issues makes me wish I had exchanged for one of the backpacks (my doctor recommends). Even as a cross-body, if it's loaded up it is still too challenging my back pain.

I had been eyeing this bag for months and months. It went on sale before the holidays and I decided to go for it and am so happy that I did!! I agonized over whether to get the small or the large tote, reading all the reviews and took forever to decide. I finally decided to go with the the large as I tend to over pack and love to have multiple outfit options on a trip. It's always better to have extra room then be jam packed or not be able to bring all the things you want/need. Plus, if it is a short trip or a long weekend, I can share the bag with my husband (if I don't overpack like crazy of course haha!) I got the tote in green and really love the color, it is so cute! Really love the shoulder strap and bottom pocket as well. The quality is great and seems super durable. I really love it. Definitely get it, you will not be disappointed!!

This is the perfect weekend bag. Normally I'd have to take two or three bags for a long weekend trip but no longer. I love this bag, it's the perfect size. Also, the shoe compartment is perfect for ensuring dirty shoes/items are separated from the clean clothes.

The Tote seemed to have everything- key hook, adjustable bottom pocket- so I got one for myself and one as a gift. Super happy with the tote- fits more than you would expect and easy to use. Super fashionable with an awesome name- Catalina VT

So far I like using the OMG bag for work. Everything fits in one bag. But despite its size, it's lightweight. It's a little bigger than I thought but I suppose using this big will start to make more sense when I have a longer commute. I think if I started traveling for work, this will be a go-to bag. I'm thinking that I can put my yoga clothes, towel, and water bottle to fit in this big if I need to go to yoga after work. Only thing I would point out is that it feels slightly uncomfortable wearing this bag on my shoulder. I'm not sure if it is because the strap is so stiff. It doesn't bother me too much.

Loved mine so much that I bought 2 more for my girls. Great size and I love the rectangular bottom-perfect for this extra shoes!

Very glad I bought this one. The lower zip compartment is fantastic for shoes, and the side pockets allow me to keep stuff easily grabable. Time will tell how well it holds up, but it feels sturdy. The zippers especially feel well made, so I have confidence that this can last. This is already my new overnight bag, and I’m sure it’ll become my favored bag for air travel as well.

This was my second Catalina purchase after I picked up the original in dove grey. I can't wait to use it more!

My bag arrived in ~2 days which was so much faster than I had expected. It looks exactly as described online and I really can't wait to plan a trip and put it to use!
