I have been on this for 3 weeks and I already feel a lot better. My sleep pattern is getting better in the sense that when I fall asleep, it's very deep and I don't wake up. When I do wake up it is time to wake up and I feel refreshed and not groggy. There is more time for it to do its work fully and I am hoping it will deliver amazing results. I am loving it thus far.
