Melissa and her team have been great in supporting me through my weight loss journey. I have lost just over 4st and not only has it helped me with my health its also helped me with my mental health and I feel much more confident. You still need to try and follow a healthy eating plan as this will help you to maintain the weight loss when you get to your target.
