Staff in store are lovely and helpful. It's nice to be able to see products in person. Some difficulty with communication around delivery however I do appreciate the SMS updates and location tracking of the delivery vehicle so I can be home in time.

Staff friendly and happy to help every time i visit the store. I like to pop in to see the regular furniture and homeware display updates in the store
