Taste good and has an excellent nutritional profile. It took about 10 days to be delivered from their website which I think is not acceptable when Amazon delivers the same day or overnight. The price is quite high per bottle which will stop me from buying it more frequently. I would recommend post surgery to heal faster.

I purchased the High Protein carton shakes. I couldn’t drink it; it was so thick, it barely came out. I thought it may have been expired due to the texture, but that was not the case. I need something easy to drink, especially due to my work schedule. I was highly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend the high protein options.

Over the holidays, i bought a case of chocolate flavor from Sam's. I had to check the date to be sure that it had not gone bad. It it is thick and had a melted ice cream texture. I really wanted to like it but can't take the thickness:(

I ordered many different flavors so that my family can try them as well. I have only tried a few flavors and found that I can only drink the vanilla for now, due to many digestive issues, but my family likes them all. I especially like the complete nutrition shakes, they work well for my husband who is in the advanced stages of Alzheimers, and are a quick meal for myself when I dont have the time to fix one. I will be ordering more and always have them on hand.

Your products are outstanding!! But your shipping is incredibly slow. Yes, I know it’s the holidays, but it’s always very slow. Why? On the plus side, I really love the 20g Cold Brew and the 32g vanilla. The latter makes a great iced matcha latte. But that shipping!
