I recently purchased a case of the chocolate Owyn protein shake from Sam’s Club and was very disappointed. My shake was watery. I enjoyed the thickness of the chocolate because it did resemble a real shake and kept me full. Whatever you guys did differently has now made me gassy as if some form of milk product has been added. I am very disappointed.

I thought I’d found exactly what I was looking for. But I just cannot get over that weird overly sweet taste of the monk fruit extract. I checked the ingredient list but missed that at the end. Bummer. Is it necessary? Do you offer anything without it? I hate wasting food but had to toss the rest of these. OWYN non dairy 20g Protien shake.

I have been purchasing the Owyn protein shakes for over a year thru my monthly subscription. Each purchase scored me points that I was accumulating & planning to use this summer. I receive an email May 19, 2025 stating I have until June 27, 2025 to redeem all my points since their point system will be expiring! How am I to use 1488 points within one month?! Should have given much more notice. . . . . you would think? I wrote to their support team which pretty much just apologized for the inconvenience. Disappointed that there wasn't another option offered considering short notice on the points expiring. Poor customer service & extremely disappointed over all.

Not sure if the container I purchased is irregular but there is a sour aftertaste that I have never had before in another protein powder. It’s awful- even after trying to hide it in other foods.

I bought the non-dairy protein shake, sold in a four-carton pack, from a CVS Pharmacy. The expiration date is 05 Jun 2026, over a year from now. The numbers below the expiration date are 24341A2 1, followed by 11:00 014821. I spilled two drops of this drink on my brown leather sofa. In the minute it took me to get a paper towel, the liquid bleached and removed the finish off of the brown leather! Can this really be safe to drink? I’ve saved the empty the 330 ML container, and the remaining unopened two cartons from the four-carton pack. Does FDA regulate this product? Is it possible there is a quality control issue?

I absolutely love the taste and texture. I get the Elite Chocolate in the carton. I have one for my lunch at work. I shake it well and I enjoy. It's best ice cold. I do wish it had less salt in it. Would love it if it had pumpkin oil in it too.

I ordered a 48-pack of vanilla shakes, but shortly after placing my order, I realized my credit card was still linked to my old address. Within two minutes, I emailed customer service to request an address update. Unfortunately, I was told the order was already in transit and nothing could be done. I checked with UPS, and as I suspected, they didn’t have the package in their possession—only a shipping label had been created at that point. When I showed proof of this to OWYN customer service, they dismissed my concerns and told me to contact UPS instead. As a result, I had to pay an additional $15 per package to have UPS create new labels and redirect my order. This experience was very disappointing, especially since I like the product, but the poor customer service and lack of support have made me decide not to order from this company again. It's unfortunate, as I expected better treatment and responsiveness.

Hello, I recently bought a case 0f 15 shakes from Sams Club and I keep finding a thick, slime like film coming out while I'm drinking them. There're the little paper bottles and I,m wondering if its some sort of liner? This is the 3rd case I've purchased and never had this problem before. Does seem a little thicker than before.

Hello, I recently purchased a 4 pack case of OWYN 32g chocolate shake and it has a bad taste. I have been buying this product before and it had never tasted like this before. Did something change? For a minute I thought it was me but my fiancée also agreed with me and when we emptied the bottle even the color looked kind of off.

Terrible pain and worse diarrhea ever from one shake. I would not recommend. Cost me money to buy meds from the side effects.

I've had many brands of protein shakes over the years and never had any GI issues. The ready to drink OWYN vanilla protein shake caused me extreme stomach pain, nausea, lower GI illness. After having a shake, I had to leave work one day because I was so ill. At that time, I wasn't sure if it was the shake or the other food that I had. A week later, I had another of the OWYN shakes and same exact symptoms. Began 30 min-1 hour after consuming and lasted for several hours. I have no food allergies or other GI related medical conditions. The pain and nausea was pretty extreme. This is not normal. I will not be trying any other OWYN products.

My family's been hooked on the vanilla shakes- amazing ingredients and amazing taste! I love adding matcha to it or making a smoothie with it, I am just so happy to have found my protein brand for life! Seriously love OWYN:)

I have normally enjoyed OWYN however the last case I bought from Sam's Clum was the chocolate elite pro and it was way to thick, they were undrinkable. Unsure the cause of this but I hope they fix it soon. I want to like these and have a great vegan option for protein.

I purchased OWYN’s Pro Elite shakes (32g Protein, Variety Pack) via Amazon on April 4, 2025. Every flavor except Vanilla was so thick it poured like pudding—completely unusable. When I reached out for support, OWYN admitted this was a known "viscosity challenge" in production but refused to replace or refund, citing their "Amazon policy. " A reputable company would stand behind its products, especially when admitting to a quality failure. Instead, OWYN hid behind bureaucracy, leaving me with $50 of defective shakes. I’ve canceled my subscription and will never purchase again. Buyers beware: OWYN cares more about policies than customers.

I have the chocolate 32 g shake. I would NOT call this a drink,! It is more like sludge . The tase was not the best, but you almost need a spoon to consume this. I would not buy again.

I just opened a bottle this morning took a big swig and got chunks. I reached out to customer support and they told me to take it back to the grocery store. I’m not taking this back to the grocery store. While I understand, things can happen, Owyn does not stand behind the product. I’ve been drinking this shake for years, today is my last day. Customer support and product quality have gone way downhill.

i brought before and never was too thick or with stuff inside and i shake maybe for 3 min before drink and it was still bad

Thin and liquid-y until you find the giant glob of goop floating around, regardless of how much you shake them, and they taste like sour milk sweetened with aspartame. Now I know why they are cheaper than the other shakes on shelf. Literally garbage.

Customer support is very bad with OWYN. The product is great but they do not stand behind the delivery. I was ordering hundreds of dollar of product. A package was hidden under leaves all winter and I did not catch that it wasn’t drlivered. They said they could not do anything past 30 days even though I had nothing to do with it. Very inflexible if you have a problem 👎 I cancelled all my subscriptions.

I wish I wouldn’t of bought a big pack of these They are not very good. The taste is really off.
