Update, parcel arrived safe on 21/02/2023.\ Previous service delivery to Newcastle area n product great. Moved to Cairns & my last order is lost/ undelivered. Ordered & paid 3 Feb - no parcel arrived, received email 8feb that parcel was handed to Third party delivery service?? Promised delivery by 15 Feb then if not delivered I could email a trace request. I placed request trace investigation on 16 Feb .. no parcel still!! Please use Aust Post in first instance if sendle do not have service to delivery address area.\ Not happy Michelle, Cairns\
