Customer service was thorough in determining steps for me to take first which ended up having to send a replacement cartridge after steps prior did not resolve issue.

Why does it ask me to realign each time the printer is turned on?

The price is right and the customer service is great. When a couple of my ink cartridges arrived broken, the customer service rep, Fernando, answered my call in minutes and had my replacement ink shipped again a few minutes later. Don't like things breaking in the mail, but will put up with it when receiving great customer service, as I did.

I’ve been using 4Inkjets for many years now. They always stand behind their products. Their customer service is always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! My interaction with Jocelyn 🤩 earlier this week proves my point yet again. She patiently waited for my printer to go through various different checks, her attitude was very friendly, and she did everything she could to correct the issue. The issue was resolved and I am grateful to her and 4Inkjets as a whole!
