good quality, options please
We had the subscription for about 6 years and the quality of the materials was always great! The switch to the gripped clips a while back was a great move.
Not renewing the subscription going forward for a couple reason, a) we have SO many bows, b) after almost 6 years, we were getting some colours/shades on a often enough basis that were similar to ones we already had, it just wasn't worth the investment anymore. Would have liked to have seen more solid pastel colours, as when I organized our girls bows, more were bright/patterned. Had given feedback previously a couple years ago that we were not a fan of the velvet bows that started coming up in winter months, but they seemed to get more regular with almost every winter month's set. Maybe other mommas like them, just not our style. At almost $10CND/bow, would have liked to get all 3 bows we liked during the winter.
Having an option out option for certain colours or fabrics might be an option to consider, though I can imagine that would take more work on the back end.
Overall, our girls were happy with the bows we received for a long time, but collectively, bow mail day had just gotten less exciting. I will also note, that customer service was always easy and pleasant to deal with if I had a question about an order, add-on, or points (former program).
