My daughter and I love these shoes. She is 2, loved them as soon as she saw/put them on, and now she can even put them on herself. Exactly what I was looking for; thank you!

I was not planning to submit a review but ended up with a lot of emails from the company asking for my review so in the future I think 1 or two follow up emails is fine but a new email everyday is a lot and the only reason I am doing this review now is because they keep dropping in my I box

The website is easy to navigate, the size chart is uber helpful, ordering is smooth, and even if shipping takes longer than expected it's worth the wait! Our toddler has only ever worn Little Love Bug's and will continue to do so until we size out.

Service and communication provided by this little company is exceptional! If you have a question it is promptly addressed. Shipping is prompt.

Just got these boots in the mail and the quality is so much better than expected! The wide toe box, flexible sole and quality material are all things that I have been looking for in a shoe for my toddler. My only complaint is that I did not know from the listing that these boots are fur lined, so we won’t be able to wear them as long as anticipated. I can’t exchange because they were on sale, but I can’t complain because it was a great price for what I got. I know my little one will be excited to open these on her birthday, and I look forward to ordering more shoes from here when we size up!

The shoes came within a week

Every pair of shoes i have purchased have been amazing and hold up so well

The shipping was surprisingly fast, I thought my purchase would take longer to arrive, but it arrived quickly.

Took a while to ship since it was peak season, but they were so worth the wait! They’re so cute and easy to get on an off my 2 year old which is a huge must!! Love them. I would love if they could be made with the thicker soles too so they can be worn a bit more if kiddo goes in ther snow a little. But they’re great on colder days for walking / running around

I’m disappointed to say (and feel a little guilty to have to say) that I am leaving a low review for poor customer service. I reached out two times to return the item within the return due date window but was ignored. I wanted to return the shoes as the quality of the material didn’t match my expectations.

I think the sizing is a little confusing because you have to add 1-1. 5 cm to each measurement. I had to exchange the Dexter boots and shipping took a fairly long time I kept having to email Customer service to ask questions and to get them to send the boots before winter ends! I'd like to see faster exchanges in the future if you want to compete with other brands like Ten Little (which we love). Their customer service is really top-notch. Otherwise, we love the shoes and will be back for more!
