Shipping came super fast, about a week earlier than expected! It’s really convenient and packs up nicely when not in use. The reflective peach accent is super cute and we love the added safety features on the buckles and extra space for bushy shiba tails!

The bag is cute but even with taking the sizing quiz and getting the smallest available it is too big for my chihuahua. It’s a refurbished item so I wasn’t able to return it

Shipping was quicker than I
Shipping was quicker than I anticipated and the refurbished was like brand new. Nothing gave the impression it had been touched. Great job on the design. Only things I can think of that would make it better is a medium size and add a pocket on the carrier itself. The snacc bags doesn’t appeal to me but a pocket for poo bags and keys would be a great addition!
