This is my second pencil pouch that I’ve ordered from LitJoy and I really love it. They are so cute, and so well made. Honestly, I would buy more if they kept doing different designs.

I ordered the advent calendar III and the quality is good except for the strings which are small and not glued properly. I reached out and they offered me a refund of $25 for the 6 that had broken or simply fell from the tree. Since then at least another two dropped. They said it can be fixed but didn't say how. Considering this issue has been reported before I am very disappointed. I don't even know if the refund value reflects the problem.
