Great customer service and communication

The Litezall 🔦 flashlight I purchased at Walmart in Bradenton, Florida for $14. 97 is definitely the best flashlight I have ever seen or used. The beam is at least 300 ft long and somewhat visible for approximately 800 feet or more.

I received the item I ordered,- it works fantastic - it got here in a timely manner -I recommend buying batteries from you!

None of the lights would work, I replaced the battery and got 3 of them to work.

I waited about a month to write my review in order for it to be substantive. Here are my experiences. I purchased 2 lights to test their effectiveness and durability. Both worked flawlessly at the outset. After a month, one is still working without problems; one of the units no longer accepts a charge. So, it is functionally useless.

Yesterday I purchased the Tactical 5000, charged for six hours, full (five green) indication. I cannot get it to light after following instructions explicitly. I have explained request on their warranty chat, without a response.

Very satisfied with the customer service. My flashlight wasn't working as it should and it wasn't even a year old . So I contacted customer service and they replaced the flashlight free of charge and I received it within a few days. I'm wondering if I can put the replaced flashlight under the warranty or if it can't be because it was a replaced flashlight.
