Quick shipping for a great product.

The customer service, as far as getting information to what piece we needed for our repair, was great. They offered to place the order for us, but we were doing some further research to be sure it was the issue and said we would order it online if needed. We ordered via their website on March 18 and were given an anticipated delivery of March 24. On March 23, I called to get tracking information and was told by customer service that it hadn't been shipped yet. They said orders take 5-8 days to process and did not know why the online order gave us that delivery date. I asked to cancel the order since we were leaving the RV site where we were staying before the part would arrive. After checking (via email) with the warehouse, customer service sent us an email saying it could not be canceled. Our instructions were that if the part came after we left, Fed Ex would return it to them and they would process a refund. The upside of this ordeal is that Fed Ex reached out to us when we were not there, and they redirected the package to our home. We got the part, installed it, and all is good. I would recommend Lippert parts, but they need to improve their ordering/shipping procedures.
