As advertised, fast delivery, and no duties or tariffs when entering Canada (at least at the time I purchased)

Shipping was as expected and installation was easy

The staff were kind and helpful. Our condenser fan went out in 114 degree Arizona heat. We could manage, but our bull dog could not. The part was back ordered at the dealership and every where else. We used a portable AC unit but it struggled to keep up. We called to see if we could get it shipped sooner than 10 days. , and tey made it happen! Thank you all so much.

The extension (250th anniversary edition) for the Solera awning is awesome. Although not floor length it really adds a great deal of shade from the top of the awning. My only concern is during the roll up it wrinkles quite a bit and the first time one side of the awning didn't close flush to the sidewall as usual.

fast shipping.

I ordered it, they shipped it in a reasonable timeframe.

A bit heavier than I expected (50 lbs), but it is good that it is sturdy. It wasn’t too hard to put together, though I had to back up once since I had the tray going the wrong way. It says in the instructions that it isn’t for the back of a trailer, but we are using it on the back of our travel trailer since it is rated for 300 lbs. We’ve made it across the country, but have 2 months of travel still to come. If it doesn’t survive, I’ll update the review. But it will be the trailer hitch that likely breaks before the bike rack.

Easy to identify and order correct part.

Received replacement in time promised

A bit disappointed that the bottom side of the fabric is solid white.

Finding the correct part for RV made the repair straight forward.

Poor performance

Shipping on time and it was a perfect replacement

Easy to replace. New hardware an improvement.

Shipping was fast

Excellent

The switches were OEM replacement part for lippert power tongue jack switches that I busted off dropping the truck tailgate on them. The jack housing was not damaged so it was easy to pop them in and the jack is like new. The only issue was they arrived a bit later than the initial delivery date indicated when I made the order. I had cut it too close so duct taped on the broken hanging switches for a camping trip and installed the new ones when I returned.

Poor original Lippert design and required customer to pay high cost for redesigned replacement. Phone support was knowledgeable and very helpful.

So often buying a part for an older product (my RV is 9 years old) is impossible because the manufacturer simply stops making or stocking them. Fortunately, that was not the case for this hinge as it was identical to the original and precisely what I needed.

Excellent service and happy to have the right replacement part
