The product is great. Unfortunately the ordering experience was not. It took almost two months to get the product. I tri d to work with customer service and they were somewhat helpful, it was still and extremely long wait when it was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 business days.

Great replacement part

The parts arrived a week later than we were told they would arrive. The quality was good and installed well.

They were quick to confirm the order, shortly following provided shipping info. I didn't need to speak with anyone in service because my order was problem-free.
