Toppers were damaged in shipping and were returned. Also, Lippert provided an estimate delivery date of May 28th. The toppers were delivered two weeks later.

Ordering process was easy, Hotline support was excellent. Shipping timeframes were slow compared to other online providers. Cost of $90 (includes shipping) for the two hinges was excessive.

Customer service was very helpful and confirmed that I was ordering the correct part. The shipping company slipped the delivery date twice which cause me a problem since I had already returned home when it finally arrived. I had to have it reshipped to my home address which caused me to not be able to use the refrigerator for the whole trip.
