Good experience - The shelf life is okay and product quality is good. Please look into making the package a little better- the zipper almost always gets pulled out and broken when I open these.

I ordered kratom from here on the weekend and was supposed to recieve it Monday because I paid for express shipping, jnstead I never received it. I had to contact customer service and they resent my order, gave me a refund only for the shipping then I didn't recieve it tell Thursday I'm glad I finally got my package but upset at the fact my package was lost to begin with and had to wait 6 days to get it. Hope that never happens again
