I have been a customer for YEARS, and recently requested lab results proving purity and potency. It’s advertised on their website that this information can be requested at any time. I have asked four times now—three with no response. The fourth I asked through their chat and was told they would send them right away. They have sent NOTHING. I am highly suspicious of their powders being adulterated. If they had these results available it should not be a big deal to share them quickly. Big red flag—there’s something sketchy going on here. I’ll be switching to a vendor registered with the AKA and encourage anyone else who cares about their wellbeing to do the same. This place is not being transparent.
