Contacted customer service several times throughout buying process to ask questions, order samples, confirm measurements, request no trimming on order. Customer service responded most times, but did not respond to request not to trim order. Was sent a batch of color samples, but a specific color I requested was missing so I had to contact customer service and wait even longer to get that specific color. Never responded when I placed order and requested the shade not be trimmed. There should be a box added to place a note or request no trimming at time of order which may help to make sure the order is correct measurement since trimming is automatically done. Would have appreciated a response acknowledging no trimming request so we could receive assurance that our order would be correct width. Appreciated 10% off sale price so I could save some money.

worse job for not having high quality goods

The middle rail handle is made of clear plastic and broke after about a year of service. So that is not good. At least Linen Avenue sell replacements for $1. 00 with free shipping. The cost is very reasonable considering there was free shipping. It was shipped quickly and received in good condition.

The Linen Avenue shades have always been my “go to” for window treatments. Good quality and attractive. The new design for the internal mechanism is a vast improvement.

I love my blinds from Linen Avenue! They are sturdy and simple to put up. Their information on how to order the correct size was spot on. All my blinds turned out perfect for the opening I had. One blind had a wand length that was too long. I contacted the company to get a shorted one and I received a return email from them within just a few hours with their promise to send a new want. The new wand came well packed, just like their blinds were. 5 stars for the product and their customer service.

I ordered the same size to replace my prior linen Avenue, they ended up being smaller width despite calling to check ahead of ordering but now I have gaps in the window coverage where they previously covered and am disappointed
