Excellent! When I placed one of my first orders a few years ago, one of the miniature bottles spilled in transit. LIL was so quick to immediately send me a new one at no additional cost. The idea of choosing a perfume without smelling it first is it crazy concept! These little ones provided me the opportunity to figure out which of the scents I wanted to invest in. I’m so glad that I did! Now that I have found that I like each of them for a different purpose… I keep one in my office at work, I have one in my “ going out purse”, one in my travel make-up bag, one in my car… you get the idea! I’m actually glad I didn’t invest in one I invested in a little of all!
