Lack of customer service.

This bottle is really great, it keeps my daughters drinks cold for a long time and we have not had it spill one time. Not even a small leak! The grippers make it easier for her to handle the cup on her own too, which is saying something because she has toddler hands they’re so tiny. We love these products! I got the matching 22oz Water Bottle in Glass for me and I love it I use it every day

Good product but pour spout does not close securely

I was able to purchase my water bottle during the back-to-school sale, and so I bought 2 more to share with my family. They arrived in a couple of days, and shipping was perfect!

I am just happy I found a lead free not made in china bottle. Delivery was faster than expected.

I received a notice that my order shipped about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. I emailed customer service several days ago and have yet to receive a response. I get that these things happen, I just want my order!

My favorite glass company- not sure why you started the metal mugs since they say in research the metal pulls the minerals out of our body when we drink from it, but I understand the craze with all the metal bottles now.

Although you have to completely screw this cap off in order to take a sip, it is a great, worry- free alternative to the active cap. The active cap opens relatively easily in comparison to this cap with its screw on/off mechanism. Now, I can throw my LifeFactory water bottle in my book bag and not worry about potential spills.
