I’ve had these containers for nearly 16 years and the tabs on the large silicone sleeve has finally torn from use. I went online to find replacement parts and ended up on a month long odyssey to have it replaced. Why? Because the owners cashed-out to corporate America, who in turn farmed-out their customer service to people who weren’t paying attention, didn’t understand, didn’t care? Their customer service support is a total joke. I finally searched for a phone number and then lied my way through their phone tree to get someone on the phone who could help. I ended up leaving a vm with a marketing person (because they want you to fortify their pocketbooks) who forwarded my message to a living breathing woman who actually helped. She kindly sent me a storage container because the sleeve wasn’t available alone which I very much appreciated. (I was willing to pay and offered more than once. ) But she told me she would send it only if they still had one because the product has been cancelled. Heard nothing until it arrived a week later. I was a professional chef. I’ve never used a container more in my kitchen. I use this container daily. Now some Thermos executive is deciding to cut a useful product because it doesn’t look good on their balance sheet compared to whatever else they are hocking. When it arrived the difference in quality was noticeable. The silicone feel more flimsy. It didn’t hug the glass like the original and the color scheme is dumb which is probably why it’s not selling. Originally the wrap and the lid matched making it look cool. The white is an eyesore but whatever. Because they have discontinued them, I went and bought three more because these pieces are invaluable. The woman who helped me was very nice. (I’m ending here on a thankful note. )

Love these glass bottles, they do break but rarely. The carry handle and removable seal have been the best improvements.

My product came damaged, while I promptly sought out help, crickets nada, zero, zip. The cup itself was beautiful but since it was damaged during shipping will not buy from site anymore. If I had received prompt assistance this review would be slightly different as the cup itself is beautiful.

These glasses were shipped when they said and arrived when they were supposed too. The product that arrived at my home was nicer than what was advertised and has better quality and more heavy duty than I thought. First time in a while that a bought a product that was underrated and over delivered!!!
