Difficult to get lid to reliably allow liquid to flow.

I have not had good luck with this company lately. They used to be excellent at fulfilling orders correctly, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I ordered five food containers, and four out of the five were the wrong color. I have emailed customer service twice and have not received a response. I am very dissatisfied with both the incorrect order and the lack of customer service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. And on top of that one of the containers was chipped. This version is clear, professional, and works well as a review or a message to the company.

The new classic caps are worthless

This is my fourth life factory water bottle. I love these!

I paid more for shipping then the product. I wanted it for my sister's birthday. 2 weeks, still hasn't arrived.

I live the Lifefactory water bottles! I ordered one for my son, and had to get one for myself!

Very fast shipping with excellent packaging

Slow shipping, and the size 1 nipples are waayyyy too fast for a 1 month old. Need a smaller size. Also diabolical that you can only buy via their website.

There's a film on them that won't come off. Plus, I don't like the color.

Color selection is not there. Otherwise it is a great product.

Priced a little high but well worth it
