Lifefactory did not replace broken lid

Very nice customer service and took care of the shipping label issue but they took a day to respond. I was pressed for time because some of the bottles were Birthday gifts. It all worked out and was happy with the bottles and service.

Nice staff, defective caps.

i just wish i could have a white cap without buying it seperate

infuriating. execrable.

I did not receive any package as promised within the time stated

All items shipped and packed well!

Four glasses, three colors. Should have four different colors for the four glasses. Otherwise great product - no need for coasters

Difficult to get lid to reliably allow liquid to flow.

Love my glass bottle!!! Easy to clean, fill and drink from.

I have not had good luck with this company lately. They used to be excellent at fulfilling orders correctly, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I ordered five food containers, and four out of the five were the wrong color. I have emailed customer service twice and have not received a response. I am very dissatisfied with both the incorrect order and the lack of customer service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. And on top of that one of the containers was chipped. This version is clear, professional, and works well as a review or a message to the company.

Great product.

No one has responded to my emails about broken glasses arriving. Literally just arrived without any shipping care whatsoever. No bubble wrap, balloons, nothing

First time experience. Thank you!

The new classic caps are worthless

This is my fourth life factory water bottle. I love these!

I paid more for shipping then the product. I wanted it for my sister's birthday. 2 weeks, still hasn't arrived.

I live the Lifefactory water bottles! I ordered one for my son, and had to get one for myself!

Solid company, small business, worth supporting, high-quality products

Very fast shipping with excellent packaging
