Emailed Lick regarding some bristle loss on one of my brushes. Replied very quickly and replaced the set of brushes after I had sent a photo of the lost bristles. Excellent customer service. Lovely brushes. Would buy again

I recently purchased paint and after being used, it turned out that it was too different shades although the two tins had the same shade, same code, same batch. Contacted Lick customer service to arrange replacement or refund and have been treated like liars, very disappointed and disgusted on how I’ve been made to feel. Will never purchase any product again.

I loved the speed, from my choosing, ordering to delivery is so quick, just like the actual paint, 'no messing'

I used Lick paints to change a cold blue bedroom using Pink 02. I bought the paint from B&Q and ended up needing a half a tin more than the calculator on Lick's website. I was a bit worried that 2 coats wouldn't completely cover the blue but it did. Happy with my experience paint quality overall.

Customer service is excellent! I had some cans that the colour wasn’t right, and they replaced them very quickly with no issues.

Lick paint is true to its description on the tin regarding being scrubbable. Having splashed sunflower oil on my newly painted wall I was panicking. How could I get this off without leaving a trace. I followed instructions found on google and the oil marks lifted to my great relief. There is no evidence if the spillage and the colour looks exactly the same. Great product.
