The picture advertisement was a bit deceptive because I thought I was ordering a black hat, but when I wore it, I wasn't disappointed at all. Nice hat.

The website and order process is very easy to navigate. Ship time is fairly fast. My only objection is my Stetson straw hat has a very small piece of weaving missing from the front brim of the hat. Unfortunately, your eye is immediately drawn to the missing piece. In my opinion, the packer should have noticed the damage and replaced the hat before putting the damaged one in the box. 👍 for website and shipping. 🤦🏼‍♂️ 👎 for lack of quality control. Too late to return.
