Delivery was smooth and fast, the standard hat box of high quality as are the hats. And all this for a fair price. The feather that I had to add to the hat was a bit fragile.

Very nice summer Fedora. It’s light enough that the color black is not a problem. It goes with more of my outfits that’s why i selected the color. Size is indeed XXL. I have a very large head and it fits very comfortably. All in all, I’m happy with the purchase.

Levine Hats has supplied me a number --for the sake of my embarrassment to my collection--of hats over the last couple of years with great quality, a superior price point and fantastic customer service and shipping concern. This time was different--the Levine Sales staff went over-the-top for me on a 2 x Burgandy hat order that was a straw and a felt. 1st when it became known that felt was no longer available they informed me; sent the Straw immediately and COMPED me a really really nice HAT BOX. Then the staff reached out to me and offered a refund or the opportunity to swap for a hat of like quality. I really wanted a Burgundy Felt for the Fall/Winter here in the Mountains of NC so I went that route. As has been true before, 2 days later and yesterday to be exact that felt hat arrived--with a feather and ANOTHER HAT BOX. . . . Well done team. . . my head may not change size but the size of my Levine Hat collection is most certainly going to continue to increase. Keep doing what you're doing! Doug sends.

It's really easy for me to find a brim now for any outfit that I need a matching hat. When I go to the V. A so many people be asking me " where you get that hat" or " thats a nice hat" and im always wearing a different color hat.

I am extremely satisfied with every purchase i’ve made the last several years. I’m a hat lover and Levine hats is always the best option based on their quality, hat selections, styles & colors with timely delivery can’t be matched. The only problem is you have to act fast because your size will be sold out before you know it.

I recently, inadvertently, ordered the wrong size hat from Levine Hat Co. Once I realized my mistake, I contacted them and that is where an angel stepped in to assure me it was really no problem whatsoever. She gave me return instructions, advised me to return the hat in the very least expensive method available, while she was sending the correct size hat to me even before they received the other one back. I'm sorry, but that NEVER happens. Thank you Sanela for trusting in another human being to do the right thing without hesitation. Appreciate you and Levine Hat Company. I just ordered another. . .

IVE BEEN ORDERING HATS FROM LEVINE FOR ABOUT AT LEAST 10yrs. ONE OF THE BEST HAT STORES AROUND. IM A PRICE SHOPPER SECOND AND A HAT KVER SECOND. BUT I LOVE THERE PRICES BETTER THAN MOST SITES AND THE ORGIN SITE AS WELL. IDK HOW THEY BEAT THERE PRICES BUT THEY DO. ON TIME SERVICE AND IF YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH KNOW PROBLEMS. VERY NICE SALES PERSONS. PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT.
