I will admit that it took some time to get use to the pillow. It’s like nothing I had ever slept on. It took a couple weeks to adjust, and now I don’t know what I would do without it. The pillow has been great and my sleep has improved. Not waking up with neck pain has been amazing. Give yourself some time to adjust you will love the pillow!

Although the bed feels oddly firm at first in the area under the torso, it works. This layer of the bed provides tremendous support for the back, and the other areas provide a softer surface where there is less weight to support. It takes a little getting used to, but it seems to work great with my L4-L5 herniation.

I like the mattress just a bit to firm.

I relocated from the east to the west coast. My current mattress was the worse, especially for my frozen shoulders. Since buying level I have not had one morning of shoulder immobility. The Level Sleep pillow I purchased helped decrease the neck pain I had been experiencing for months that even my chiropractor couldn’t get rid of! As I've gotten older, I started waking up with terrible headaches and aches all over. I'd just become accustomed to it I suppose and accepted it as part of life. But then my shoulders started hurting so much that I couldn't ignore it. I purchased one of those super expensive wedge pillows but that didn't help at all. After just one night on this mattress, I felt significantly better in the morning and now after a month on it, I wake up with very little pain and no headaches. My shoulders still hurt a little but I'm pretty sure I have bursitis and I'm a side sleeper. But overall I'm DRAMATICALLY better in the mornings. I also bought the adjustable bed frame. The zero gravity position is wonderful and helps me sleep on my back when I need to, and I've never been able to sleep on my back before. My only complaint is the response time of customer service. I had trouble getting my 2 twin bases to sync up and getting a response on that took weeks. But after I finally got in touch with a technician, he was super helpful and we got the issue resolved. If you have aches and pains, this is the mattress for you.

Most comfortable mattress I’ve tried, great back support and reduced pressure points. I’ve been struggling with shoulder pain from sleep and this mattress made a big difference in how much pressure is on my shoulders reducing my pain significantly.

I find the mattress very comfortable. It’s helped my shoulder pain and also hip pain immensely, but it hasn’t helped my lower back pain..

Level Sleep products are literally brilliant. They have varying levels of firmness within ONE mattress/mattress pad to properly support your body in different areas no matter how you sleep. My boyfriend prefers a firm mattress and I prefer softer - great, right?! Our mattress was TOO firm for me so we got the Level Sleep mattress topper and both LOVE it. He and I both agree it's the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on hands down. Years ago, we had a tempurpedic mattress which I actually loved but it trapped in heat which the boyfriend did not love and it was still not quite firm enough for his liking. Level Sleep products do NOT trap in heat and provide the perfect firmness in all the right places. Before getting this topper, I was having neck & back pain which has since gone away since I've been sleeping on this. I could not recommend Level Sleep products more. Worth every penny. We are very happy with the support pillows. The adjustability for side sleeping and shoulder width is brilliant. Good neck support to keep the airways open.

I would also like to leave a positive review, as it has been a pleasure to deal with your Levelsleep team. I anticipated having problems with the return and there were none. I anticipated a hard ball approach and there was none. You could have not been nicer. I enjoyed the topper, but it was too soft for my husband. He prefers a firmer sleep. I recently purchased two pillows and have just begun to sleep on it myself. I just sold the other one yesterday and have no feed back yet. I love the concepts but have found the ear cut outs to not yet be found in my sleep, I need more time.
