This bed was purchased for my mother who is 93 and she loves it. Prior to owning this bed she woke in the night several times and would only get a few hours of sleep a night. With 4 bulging disc in her back she was often in great pain. This bed was recommended by a chiropractor and has truly been the best purchase ever!

I can actually sleep through the night now thank you.

I see a chiropractor monthly and at my first visit after getting this mattress there was a noticeable improvement in how much adjustment my back required. I had only been sleeping on the mattress for 2 weeks at that point, so I look forward to seeing how much improvement long term use provides. It's a bit firmer than I'd prefer comfort-wise, but it's clearly doing it's job and and I can tell I don't toss and turn as much during the night when sleeping on this mattress. I do recommend for anyone experiencing back pain.

My husband and I purchased this bed because of how innovative it seemed and because it had a one year full refund warranty if we decided it wasn't for us. We figured we couldn't go wrong! We had just bought a firm mattress and hated it. We though it would support us more and reduce our lower back and hip pain. The firmer mattress did not help and we woke up with more pain than before. The Level Sleep mattress is an amazing product. I enjoy that it's very light, and I can easily change the sheets myself unlike other heavier foam mattresses. I was a little disbelieving at first because the mattress doesn't have a pillowtop like I am used to having and it didn't feel super cushiony like a softer mattress. But I am a very happy customer now because after sleeping on it one night, I woke with zero pain, and I have not had any pain since sleeping on it for over a month. It's got a low profile, so we sleep a little lower to the ground now as compared to our other thicker mattress that had a topper on it. But I don't mind as I can see more of my headboard and I don't have to buy extra deep sheets. Take a chance on this mattress-you won't regret it!

I thought the middle and bottom sections would be firmer than they are given other comments, but I sink when I sit. With that said, I look forward to sleeping now because I'm sleeping well! I no longer feel pain when I lay down to sleep or wake in the morning. Three weeks and no regrets.

I waited a couple months to write this review because I wanted to make sure I loved it. I am 65 years old and a small person with some back, neck and shoulder issues. I am also a side sleeper so my needs were pretty specific. I did a ton of research before I decided on a mattress and tried to weed out all the sites who got paid to review mattresses. After sleeping on this mattress for a few months, I know I made the right decision. This is the mattress for me. No more back, hip or shoulder pain when I wake up. And the pillows are perfect for my neck pain, which has also gone away. This was a long process for me but I am very happy I went with Level Sleep!! I sleep soundly and wake up feeling great! I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone suffering from back, shoulder or neck pain!

I am 5’3 140 lbs. I have a smaller neck frame. I have spent about 8 years trying almost every pillow out there (I kid you not). I had neck and upper back issues on every pillow. I spent so much money between pillows and a chiropractor fixing my neck back it wasn’t even funny. I have a collection, i mean a huge collection of pillows that I could probably start a store ha ha. I event created my own pillows from multiple pillows hoping I could fix the issues. I just really had a hard time finding what worked for me (lower profile/softer/supportive in the middle for my back sleeping but higher/firmer on the sides for my side sleeping—I’m a combination back/side sleeper). First couple of nights I used it was trial and error because I had to figure out which side worked for me and which level I needed it. By night 3 I was sleeping like a baby. My neck has been doing great!! I went back to the chiro for my hip and he noticed a huge difference in my neck. The ear wells were weird at first, but now I use them to find my perfect side sleep position. If you are like me and just frustrated finding the right pillow, give this one a shot. You have to give it at least a week though. Once you figure out what side and level works for you, you will be amazed. It’s like they combined two different types of pillows into one.

Loving our Level One. My hips, knees are not aching when I crawl out of bed. Honestly, it’s really amazing how the right mattress is so important!

I’ve had chronic back and neck pain for 10 years. Had the bed for two weeks and I haven’t had nearly the pain I used to. A bit early for a review, so take with that what you will, but it gives the best nights sleep of any bed I’ve slept on.

It took me a few days to get used to it, but once my body was used to it, he has definitely decreased the back pain that I was having with my other mattress. The pillows are very stiff and feel weird they took some getting used to as well but overall I do really like it all because I'm no longer in constant pain when I sleep and when I wake up. That was my main goal. The mattress has great support and I believe that is why the pain has been reduced.

I am so pleased with my Level Sleep mattress! I work for a furniture retailer and I certainly had discounted employee offers for some great mattresses. A friend who lives with a lot of back pain gave me a heads up on the Level Sleep mattress after he bought one. His testimonial was impassioned and that was enough for me to decide to get one myself. Sleeping so well now, and after months of mediocre sleep comfort. I was cash shy, so I took advantage of the Affirm financing, which was very easy to apply for and receive approval. This purchase was a very good decision! I would be doing a disservice to my fellow humans if I didn’t chime in and recommend this incredible mattress.

I have rheumatiod arthritis and have always found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Since I got the Sleep Level matress, I have been able to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The best matress I have ever slept on.

I was sleeping on a similar design pillow for the past few years, but it was definitely not to this standard and wasn't memory foam. I have had issues sleeping through the night for the past few years as well, but since I was already using another recommended pillow, I never thought that might be the issue. I decided to try the Level Sleep pillow and from night #1 of switching, I have slept through the night EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!! I also never thought I would be so excited about ear holes...those are a game changer. I have only had this pillow a couple weeks and I am recommending it to everyone that will listen to me rave about it. Website was easy to use and very informative. I called customer service when i recieved the mattress with questions and was put at ease. I am very happy with my mattress. I hurt my back a few months ago and this mattress is helping with that recovery. Although it take a couple of weeks to get used to the mattress. First time i bought a mattress in a box. Happy with the lifetime warrenty.

I purchased for mother inlaw. She needed a new mattress and lived in assisted living so she can not leave at this point. Idid not want responsibility of picking her mattress so do to your refund policy I ordered level sleep. She loves it! I want one for myself. I work at a chiropractic office and highly recommend it!
